To locate your account number and customer ID, look at your bill and you will see under ACCOUNT # a set of numbers with a dash in the middle. The first set before the dash is your customer ID and the set after the dash is your account #. In this example, 1111-9999, the customer ID is 1111 and the account # is 9999.
